Riverview Psychiatric Medicine was founded by Dr. Randy I. Pardell MD in 1996 with the mission of addressing both the physiological and psychological aspects of each patient with personalized and innovative mental health treatments.
We are first in the group in the Hudson Valley to offer Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS Therapy) – a non-invasive treatment for drug-resistant depression.

Randy Ian Pardell, MD, DFAPA established TMS Center of the Hudson Valley and Riverview Psychiatric Medicine, PC with the goal of providing innovative, compassionate and scientifically based psychiatric care for residents of the Hudson Valley.
Yessie Yoon
MD
Dr. Yoon has over ten years of experience as a pediatrician and child and adolescent psychiatrist. She has held various clinical, educational, and administrative leadership positions at the University of Alabama at Birmingham, Children’s of Alabama, and Montefiore Medical Center since graduating from the Cincinnati Children’s Hospital/University of Cincinnati’s combined pediatrics, child psychiatry, and adolescent psychiatry program in 2016.
Iris Grett

Iris A. Grett is a Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. Iris attended SUNY Delhi University receiving her BSN obtaining her second masters degree from Sage University as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner. Iris is utilizes her philosophy of empathy, individual worth, ethics and diplomacy to make a positive difference with her patients.

Kimberly Robinson
MD
Kimberly Robinson, M.D., is board certified in Adult, Child and Adolescent Psychiatry, and Pediatrics. She participated in the Humanities in Medicine program through Albany Medical College, and Triple Board Residency Program through the University of Kentucky. She treats both children and adults, with a focus on women’s health and trauma informed care.
Kenneth W. Wilson
MD, DFAPA
Dr. Wilson is a Board Certified Psychiatrist and a Distinguished Fellow of the American Psychiatric Association. He received his undergraduate degree from Washington University in St. Louis and his medical degree from New York Medical College.
Terri Coonrad-Hershkowitz

Ms. Hershkowitz has been immersed in mental health nursing for over 25 years. She was employed on the inpatient mental health units at Benedictine Hospital and then at St. Francis Hospital.

Ellyn Enisman is a Licensed Master of Social Work and a Certified Career Coach. She brings to her practice advanced training and experience in counseling and over 20 years of corporate and individual coaching experience.

Ms. Alter received her Master’s in Social Work from Virginia Commonwealth University in 1981. Following her Master’s she worked for Vermont Children’s Aid Society, for 8 years.

How it Works?
- An electromagnetic coil is positioned near the patient’s forehead against the scalp.
- The Neurostar TMS treatment delivers magnetic stimulation to the affected nerve cells.

- Each session of TMS therapy takes anywhere from 20-45 minutes.
