Answering Service Update

We are streamlining after hours emergency contact to our clinicians. Our new answering service is using a secured, HIPAA compliant text messaging option which is being used by most medical practices. When you call our office at 845-471-1807 with an after hours urgent message there will be an option to press after the greeting to be routed to our answering service. The service will accept the call and then securely text the message to our covering clinicians with your number and information so that our clinician can respond.
