Randy Ian Pardell, MD, DFAPA established TMS Center of the Hudson Valley and Riverview Psychiatric Medicine, PC with the goal of providing innovative, compassionate and scientifically based psychiatric care for residents of the Hudson Valley.
Dr. Pardell emphasizes, “We address both the physiological and psychological aspects of each patient to create the optimal individualized treatment plan. This includes medication management, genetic testing, psychotherapy, nutritional and bioidentical hormone supplementation and now Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS), the newest technology for treatment-resistant depression.”

Dr. Wilson is a Board Certified Psychiatrist and a Distinguished Fellow of the American Psychiatric Association. He received his undergraduate degree from Washington University in St. Louis and his medical degree from New York Medical College where he holds the position of Assistant Professor of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences. Dr. Wilson completed his psychiatric residency training at St. Vincent’s Hospital and Medical Center where he was appointed Chief Resident and went on to complete a fellowship in Public Psychiatry at Columbia University Medical Center. He has lead the Emergency Services and Consultation and Liaison Services at a number of medical centers in New York City including St. Vincent’s Hospital. Prior to joining Riverview Psychiatric Medicine, PC, Dr. Wilson was the Director of the Department of Psychiatry at Vassar Brothers Medical Center, a division of Health Quest Medical Practice. Dr. Wilson has a special interest in the interaction between physical health and psychiatric illness, including psychosomatic medicine. Dr. Wilson is the Past President of the Mid-Hudson Psychiatric Society and active as a Legislative Representative to the American Psychiatric Association. Ms. Hershkowitz has been immersed in mental health nursing for over 25 years. She was employed on the inpatient mental health units at Benedictine Hospital and then at St. Francis Hospital. She completed her undergraduate degree in nursing at the State University of New York at New Paltz, and then received her Master’s Degree in Nursing Science from the Russell Sage College in Troy, New York.

Ellyn Enisman is a Licensed Master of Social Work and a Certified Career Coach.
She brings to her practice advanced training and experience in counseling and over 20 years of corporate and individual coaching experience. She has held both leadership and management positions in industry as well.
Ellyn partners with clients in a collaborative process to support them through life and career transitions and help them develop fulfilling personal and work relationships. Through counseling, she works proactively to help clients move forward through a process of self discovery that can reduce emotional suffering and create positive change.

Virginia is a wonderful addition to our Riverview staff. She has worked in mental health counseling for over 30 years. She has employed as a supervising social worker at Ulster County Mental Health. She brings a wealth of experience to her psychotherapy practice.

Ms. Alter received her Master’s in Social Work from Virginia Commonwealth University in 1981. Following her Master’s she worked for Vermont Children’s Aid Society, for 8 years. She developed school based counseling services in rural communities and worked within the adoption community with pregnancy teens considering placing their babies for adoption.
She has worked for Dutchess County for the past thirty three years and retired in July of 2019. She was the Director of Acute Behavioral Health Services, overseeing HELPLINE (24 hour Crisis Call or Text line), the Community based and Hospital Mobile Teams, the Dutchess County Trauma Team and the newly opened Dutchess County Stabilization Center. She has done work in both the substance use field and with mental health services, both with youth and adults. She has served on the board of the Coalition Against Domestic Violence and Sexual Assault and is a member of the Dutchess County Steering Committee on Domestic Violence and Sexual Assault.
She was the liaison from the Dutchess County Behavioral Health services to the county’s Emergency Operational Center. She has been the mental health member of the Crisis Emergency Response Team for 10 plus years. She was a member of the Dutchess County Crisis Intervention Team Steering Committee, as well as a trainer for law enforcement.
Ms. Alter has coordinated numerous trainings for the provider community over the years, including facilitating trainings on trauma, recovery and resiliency. She is a trainer for both adult and youth Mental Health First Aid.
Alexandra Lindardakis RN, BCN
Alexandra graduated with a BA in Anthropology from the State University of NY at New Paltz and a BS in Nursing Science from the State University of NY at Ulster. She worked at the Stone Mountain Counseling Center for more than 10 years as a biofeedback clinician. Alexandra has been working at the Health Alliance of the Hudson Valley on the acute mental health units as a RN for more than 3 years. Some of her personal interests are dance, adventure and discovery in the natural world, mask-making and growing flowers. Professionally, Alexandra is constantly inspired to study and do research into the relationship, the content of the story, between the environment and our immune and nervous systems. She has given talks, poster-board presentations and demonstrations on her work with the pEMF (pulsed electro-magnetic field) device, Neurofield and biofeedback. Alexandra is board certified in neurofeedback (BCN) and attends annual trainings and conferences in the field.
Katherine McDonald NP-P
Katherine McDonald is a board certified Nurse Practitioner. She started her nursing career in the Hudson Valley and has worked as a psychiatric nurse at Benedictine Hospital in Kingston, NY as well as in both inpatient and outpatient services at St. Francis Hospital in Poughkeepsie, NY. She left to work in Minneapolis, Minnesota for one year before returning again to the Hudson Valley.
Katherine completed her Bachelors degree in nursing at the State University of New York at New Paltz. She also obtained her Masters degree in nursing science from SUNY New Paltz. She attended Sage Graduate School in Troy, New York and completed the Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner Certification Program. She is Board Certified as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner through the American Nurses Credentialing Center. She is a member of the New York State Nurse Practitioners Association and Sigma Theta Tau honors nursing society. She was a nominee for the New York State Legislators Nurse of Distinction.
Since completing her nurse practitioner degree in 2003, she has worked at Hudson Valley Mental Health until joining Riverview Psychiatric Medicine, PC in 2019.

Our Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation Treatment Providers are highly qualified professionals that have completed Neurostar University coursework, passed a written examination and obtained hands on Neurostar clinical training and certification. Our providers are compassionate and highly motivated to assist our patients with depression and anxiety towards recovery utilizing this innovative FDA cleared stimulation therapy.
Jennifer Gambuti graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Mount Saint Mary College. She is a member of Psi Chi National Honor Society and has earned a place on The Dean’s List regularly. She was certified by The National Institutes of Health (NIH) in Ethical Performance with Patients in the field of Psychological Research. She has completed her internship at The Children’s Home of Poughkeepsie working underneath a licensed counselor. Additionally, Jennifer is bilingual, being fluent in both English and Spanish. Jennifer is actively working towards earning her Master’s of Arts in Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counseling. She is a member of American Counseling Association. She is also a Student Member of the Clinical TMS Society.
