How does telehealth work?
Once you schedule your appointment, download the Zoom app on your smartphone (Android/IOS), tablet, or PC/MAC at (https://zoom.us/). Using your device’s webcam, you can access your clinician virtually. Prior to your appointment you will receive a message providing you with the unique meeting room number to join your clinician. If you have issues, we also offer sessions through FaceTime when appropriate. Please contact us at 845-471-1807 with any questions or issues.
Is telehealth covered by insurance?
Telehealth sessions are covered the same as our in-person sessions. The same copays and deductibles will apply. We do require a credit card on file prior to the session.
What is the cost of the session?
Our telehealth sessions do not cost you any more than an in-person session.

Yes! Our telehealth sessions are secure and HIPAA and HITECH compliant.
